Title: Orange Empire Railway Museum

Caption: I was shooting at the Southern California Railway Museum - formerly known as Orange Empire Railway Museum - and I caught a glimpse of an old car - 1953 Kaiser Manhattan - near one of the buildings on the property. I immediately stopped what I was taking a photo of and quickly assembled my nodal pano head. I calculated and composed a shot using an iPhone app to determine where my on-scene borders were and began shooting. This is 21 shots. 3 rows of 7 verticals, taken with an 85mm lens. I normally overshoot the on-scene borders to give me room to crop later. The resulting file was about 19k pixels wide after assembling the 21 shots. I cropped it down slightly to what a 6x9 digital sensor would be if it were the same sensor as what was in my camera and had the same dimensions as 6x9 film, thus creating my own medium format 6x9 sensor. The total pixel width on this shot is over 15k pixels wide, about 160 megapixels. For reference, the camera I used had a full frame 30 megapixel sensor that was 6720x4480 pixels natively.
